I went to Target today for more tissues and some contact lens solution and I was shocked to see the Christmas Dept. ready to go. Now, I have seen those decorations slowly coming in to the stores, being put up at the malls already, and last night saw my first Christmas Ad on TV. . . WOW!! How about let us celebrate Thanksgiving first?!?!?! I say that every year. This is the first year in a long time, I have not already written my Christmas cards (addressed them) in advance. I foresee myself doing that next week. My friend, Laurie, sent out an email for her Christmas picture specials a few days ago. . . So, folks, Christmas "stuff" is starting to go full swing. In honor of hitting over 2000 visits to my blog as well as Christmas, I am doing some blog candy. Leave a comment with 3 things you are looking forward to this Christmas. Contest ends November 15 and their will be two winners selected by Random. ENJOY!!

I am looking forward to:
1. Hosting my first Christmas cookie exchange with a bunch of my good friends.
2. Christmas Eve service...one of my absolute favorite things of the whole year.
3. Sitting around in jammies on Christmas morning with my family, listening to Christmas music and eating coffee cake and opening presents.
Three things I am looking forward to about Christmas...
1. the tree. definitely the tree...setting it up, decorating...with some Christmas-y music in the background, and then relaxing with the soft white lights for days to come.
2. Christmas morning...watching my girls open up their packages..always a treat, but even more so this year since we are hand-making most of them.
3. Christmas eve service. this is my favorite service of the year...
I am looking forward to:
Christmas spent with family, especially after this last medical scare!
The annual Holiday Goodie Exchange with my MOMS Club girlfriends - yummy stuff!
A fun Christmas Lights Holiday Lake Tour with a group of friends - I'm excited to see the kids' reactions to the lights!
