Prayer Request

I hope each of you is enjoying a great new start to 2009! I plan to update you later on my start to 2009. I am slowly recovering from my surgery and subsequent bought with a GI bug.

I am asking that you be in prayer for my parents on January 5. Ironically, this is the day before my mom's birthday.
Anyway, I am not sure I am meant to share a lot of details, but God knows the situation.

I am committed to praying and fasting for my parents/family that day. I am asking those who are able (and feel led to do so) to commit to praying and fasting along with me.

GOD IS FAITHFUL!!

I have posted Psalm 126 throughout several emails, it has become my "claimed" verse the past month. I am posting it again as it speaks so well!

Thank you in advance for your prayers and fasting!

Psalm 126
A song of ascents.
1 When the LORD brought back the captives to [a] Zion,

This is one of my favorite psalms. The Lord HAS done great things...
I know that He has great plans for your parents. I am praying.

I've always loved that psalm...God is so faithful to be able to give us joy, even when we don't see how there could be any.

I hope things work out for your parents, I'm sure they will as it sounds like they will be bathed in prayer!
