Please Add me to your prayer list. . .

I hope you are well. . . I am not sure why, but the past few days I've been a bit uneasy about my upcoming surgery. I think a part of it is knowing that there is a 15% chance I may be on crutches for four-six weeks vs one. That is not something I have really talked about. But, basically if the surgeon has more work to do, I will have a longer recovery time. It is not so much about me being on crutches, but the fact that this impacts how much help I can be to my parents/family during this time. Ultimately, I believe God orchestrated this time for this procedure and I trust HIM for the details.

Some of you are aware of the encounter I had this week regarding my parents and their current situation. I truly believe God allowed that to happen for HIS purpose and it may be a long time before I understand why. I know HE is in control.

I would like to ask that you place me on your church's prayer list, your Sunday School prayer list, your small group's prayer list, etc. . .Pray for the surgery to go well (whatever needs to occur to fix the problem), pray for the surgeon/staff, pray for my recovery, pray for the details of the week to come together (dog care, myself, etc.).

Thank you and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all the moms, expectant moms, future moms!!! :o)
